Proposal for UrbanTide

Growth Partnership (Pilot Phase) for UrbanTide.

A 3-month pilot that brings back the meetings cold email used to bring you, across all four products, without taking more of your time.

Issued October 22, 2026 Valid until November 21, 2026 Ref prop-c10a7765
Executive Summary

What you'll find in this document

Cold email is the one channel that has worked for UrbanTide, but it runs on the spare hours of two part-time sellers, and meetings have fallen from around 8 a month to 3 or 4.

This pilot runs it for you: one scored campaign per product on email and LinkedIn, U-Move first.

Two options, with or without appointment setting. Guaranteed in the contract within 60 days of launch: 15 qualified opportunities with the Pilot, 10 booked meetings with appointment setting, or your first payment back.

The problem

What's slowing your growth.

Before implementing any solution, the problem has to be clear. Here's what came out of our call.

01

Sales runs on spare hours

You and your co-founder sell part-time, between product development and keeping current customers happy. Cold email is the one channel that has worked for UrbanTide, and it only runs when you find the time. In your words, the reason you don't have more meetings is that you can't spend more time on it.

02

From 8 meetings a month to 3 or 4

At the start of the year cold email brought you around 8 meetings a month. Today it is 3 to 4. Replies sit around 5%, with 1.6% of sends booking a meeting, and you suspect your email now reads as one of a hundred in a crowded inbox.

03

Four products, one campaign at a time

Each product has its own buyer, so each needs its own list and its own messages. With a handful of mailboxes and their daily sending limits, you have had to run them in series. U-Move gets the traction; Usmart, your most mature platform, has never found its message.

04

Each first meeting is worth about £9,600

A new client is worth around £35,000 in its first year and you close 25 to 30% of first meetings. The 4 meetings a month you have lost since the start of the year are roughly £38,000 of first-year revenue that does not start each month, and with 2 to 12 month cycles, today's gap shows up in next year's numbers.

The solution

How I solve it.

Here's how I address each of the points above.

01

Outbound that runs without your hours

I build and run all of it: ICP, sending domains and warm-up, lists, scoring, copy, and 60 days of live campaigns on email and LinkedIn. Your time is a one-hour onboarding call and 30 minutes every two weeks.

02

One campaign per product, U-Move first

Each of your four products gets its own ICP, its own scored list and its own sequence. U-Move launches first because it has the traction; the others follow on the same infrastructure, with Usmart's angles A/B tested until the market tells us which message works.

03

A new approach for a tired inbox

Every account is scored against your criteria before anyone is contacted, so only real fits hear from you. New angles, new sender names on dedicated domains, and LinkedIn alongside email. Your own copy can go into the A/B test too. Apollo plugs in where it already does the job.

04

A target written into the contract

15 qualified opportunities, or 10 booked meetings with appointment setting, within 60 days of launch. You pay half at signing and the other half only if the target is hit; miss it and the first half is refunded. Two or three clients from 10 meetings at your close rate is £70,000 to £105,000 of first-year revenue.

Why us

Why LUNIFAI.

Quality over volume

Every account is scored against your criteria and enriched only if it fits, before a single message goes out. More sends to the same people is not the fix; better targeting and new angles are.

Your tools stay in place

Apollo, and any other tool in your stack that already does the job, gets plugged in rather than replaced. You are not paying for duplication, only for what is missing.

Multi-channel from day one

You told me you have only ever been able to combine LinkedIn and email with Zapier and found it limited. I run both natively, with HeyReach for LinkedIn and a dedicated email sequencer, coordinated rather than stitched together.

Guarantee in the contract

Every agency promises meetings; I put it in writing. 15 qualified opportunities, or 10 booked meetings with appointment setting, within 60 days of launch. Miss it and your first payment is refunded and the second is never charged.

Ways of Working

What working with me looks like.

Step What happens Why it matters
01Onboarding and technical setup One hour to go through your four products, your buyers and what sets you apart. I configure your domains and mailboxes to best practice, in your name, and plug into the tools you already use. You start with clean infrastructure that is yours from day one.
02One call every two weeks 30 minutes every two weeks, from onboarding to the results call at the end of the 60 days. You see what is working as it happens, without it costing you time.
03Simple communication A shared Slack channel and a shared Google Drive for your past campaigns, decks and material, Monday to Friday (11am-6pm CET). Already have a workspace? We use Slack Connect. Otherwise I invite you into mine.
04You see every conversation Replies land in your inbox and on your LinkedIn. With appointment setting, I handle them for you by email and LinkedIn and the meetings appear in your calendar. You judge the real quality of the leads, not a report.

How the pilot runs.

The pilot lasts 3 months with no commitment beyond it. You pay 50% at signing and the other 50% only if the target is hit (15 opportunities, or 10 booked meetings with appointment setting). The pilot ends 60 days after launch with a results call. Here is how the three months run.

Month 1

Build and warm-up

Month one starts on the day you sign. Onboarding, ICPs and angles for each product, domains and mailboxes bought in your name, then three weeks of warm-up while I build, score, enrich and verify the lists and write the sequences. Launch lands about 3 to 4 weeks after signing.

Months 2 and 3

The 60 days of campaigns

U-Move goes live first and the other products follow on the same infrastructure. I iterate on subject lines, angles and sequences. Opportunities reach you as they land; with appointment setting, I handle the replies and book the meetings in your calendar. These 60 days are the ones the target is counted in.

After

The results call

At the end of the 60 days we look at the real numbers together. Either the target is hit, the second 50% is due and you decide what comes next, or it is not, your first payment is refunded in full and the balance is never invoiced. Either way, the infrastructure stays with you.

Proposal for UrbanTide · Growth Partnership (Pilot Phase)

01Purpose

LUNIFAI designs and runs a cold outbound pilot on email and LinkedIn for the Client, over 3 months. The detail of the deliverables is set out in this proposal.

02Choice of option

This proposal carries two options: "Pilot" at £6,800 excluding VAT, and "Pilot + appointment setting" at £8,300 excluding VAT, of which £1,500 is for appointment setting over the 3 months. Both options share the same campaigns and the same payment terms. The Client chooses their option at signing.

03Obligations

LUNIFAI undertakes to apply the means necessary to perform the engagement properly and to inform the Client promptly of any blocker. The Client provides the necessary materials, approves deliverables within the agreed times, and pays the amounts due on the agreed terms.

04Liability

LUNIFAI acts as an integrator of third party solutions (n8n, Airtable, and others). It is not responsible for bugs in or limitations of those tools. Its liability is limited to an obligation of means, save for gross negligence. Closing the sale is the Client's responsibility alone.

05Tools and third party costs

The sending infrastructure is borne by the Client: Zapmail (domains and mailboxes), Instantly or PlusVibe (sending), and HeyReach (LinkedIn), subscribed in the Client's name, billed directly by each provider and carrying no margin for LUNIFAI. Every other tool used to run the pilot (sourcing, enrichment, email verification, AI personalisation) is paid by LUNIFAI and included in the fee. The detail of those costs is set out in this proposal. Campaigns and services are suspended if an invoice remains unpaid beyond 30 days.

06Payment

The fee is payable in two instalments. 50% is due on signature: £3,400 for the "Pilot", £4,150 for "Pilot + appointment setting". The remaining 50% (£3,400, respectively £4,150) is due only if the target is reached: 15 qualified opportunities for the "Pilot", 10 booked meetings for "Pilot + appointment setting" (see Guarantee). It is invoiced at the end of the 60 days of campaigns and payable within 7 days. The fee covers building the system and 60 days of running the campaigns from launch. The campaigns run to the end of the 60 days either way. There is no other success fee and no per-opportunity fee.

07Guarantee

The target is 15 qualified opportunities for the "Pilot", and 10 booked meetings for "Pilot + appointment setting", within 60 days of the campaign launch. Launch takes place about 3 to 4 weeks after signing, the time needed for setup and warm-up. A qualified opportunity is a decision maker matching an ICP defined at onboarding who opts in (replies that they want to talk about the Client's products, or asks to see the Client's previous work, references or case studies), one per company. A booked meeting is a qualified opportunity with a call confirmed by LUNIFAI in the Client's calendar that the prospect has not cancelled without rebooking, one per company; a no-show still counts as booked, and LUNIFAI follows up no-shows to rebook them. Opportunities and meetings count across all of the Client's products. Each one is shared with the Client as it lands; the Client has 5 business days to flag one as outside the ICP, and unflagged ones count. If the target is not reached by the end of the 60 days, the first instalment is refunded to the Client in full (£3,400 for the "Pilot", £4,150 for "Pilot + appointment setting") and the second instalment is not due. The refund covers LUNIFAI's fee. Tool and domain costs remain the Client's, as does the infrastructure built, which stays with them. Any delay or interruption attributable to the Client suspends the measurement period.

  • Copy and angles are approved within 48 hours.
  • LUNIFAI's copy is what goes to market. The Client may write their own version, which LUNIFAI will gladly A/B against its own.
  • The Client answers within 24 hours when a prospect asks something only they can answer.
  • Domains and mailboxes are subscribed and paid for by the Client at onboarding, and the campaigns are neither paused nor restricted.
  • With appointment setting, the Client keeps enough slots open in their calendar.

08What voids the guarantee

Two things void it: refusing the work on the angle and offer, and overruling LUNIFAI's copy. In either case LUNIFAI still builds and runs the campaigns, but the refund falls away, and the second instalment is still due if the target is reached.

09Scope of the pilot

The pilot covers one campaign per Client product (four products), on email and LinkedIn, launched in turn on the same sending infrastructure and run for 60 days from the first launch. The custom dashboard, phone prospecting and training are not part of the pilot. The pilot carries no monthly retainer and no per-opportunity fee. With the "Pilot", reply handling is the Client's; with "Pilot + appointment setting", LUNIFAI handles replies and follow-ups by email and LinkedIn only, and books the meetings in the Client's calendar. Conversations by WhatsApp, SMS or phone remain the Client's. The pilot is limited to one per client.

10After the pilot

At the results call the Client decides whether to continue. Nothing renews automatically and no commitment is entered into at the end of the pilot.

11Ownership

Deliverables are licensed to the Client for exclusive use upon payment. Domains, mailboxes and the Zapmail, Instantly or PlusVibe, and HeyReach accounts are subscribed in the Client's name and belong to the Client. LUNIFAI retains its methods, its tooling and its technical structures.

12Governing law

This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
